These tangy, sweet, garlic-y sprouts are a favorite go-to and also a crowd pleaser whenever I’ve served them up. The honey and garlic combine for a tasty marriage that will have everyone begging for more. I’m serious. I almost never have any of these bad boys left over. I should call them crack sprouts. But, that’s not as appetizing as HONEY GARLIC HEAVEN SPROUTS. Which is exactly what they are. Heavenly. You’re welcome.

  • 4 bags packaged brussels sprouts, washed and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper

Roasted sprouts directions: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the halved sprouts evenly on a foil wrapped and greased baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce. Pour the garlic honey sauce mixture over the sprouts and toss in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove and flip the sprouts. Cook for another 20 – 30 minutes until the sprouts have crispy outside leaves. Serve immediately.
